CQMAC Self-Defence:

Martial Arts Concepts

Taking Self-Defence to a whole new level of training and giving the student a better understanding of what they need to learn in an easy and not in overwhelming way.

Using a simple method called the R.E.A.C.T. formula:

Recognise

Evaluate

Alternatives

Concentrate

Terminate

Developing these five basic concepts will enable you to stay in tune and focused on your surroundings and be aware of potential escalation in threat level to you or your loved ones.

Following these principles will allow you to keep the situation in perspective such as equipping you to recognise potential threats, judge and evaluate the seriousness, consider alternatives, concentrate on mental and physical action, and terminate the situation within the confines of the law and your right to be safe.

R.E.A.C.T. is developing the psychology and strategy of self-defence. Using this method of approach to avoid situations that could otherwise be detrimental physically, mentally, and emotionally. Don’t be or become a victim.
